Wipers are a small but conspicuous element of the front end of a car. The plastic wipers from the box tend to be disproportionately thick; the photo-etched version has a realistically thin profile of the arm and the blade and lends a model credibility.
Nip the parts out of the fret with a sharp knife and clean them up. Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and work with tweezers; degrease them before painting and coat them with a primer for metal. Fit them at the end of the build so that they do not get bent.
