The real subject

The Browning .30 caliber (7.62 mm) was a widespread American aircraft machine gun. In the flexible form it was worked by a gunner on a swivel mount, for example at the rear defensive position of an aircraft. The fine castings capture the mechanism and the surface detail of the weapon faithfully.

Building and painting tips

First wash the parts free of mold release agent residue, cut the casting blocks off carefully and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways while sanding. The metal look of the weapon will be helped by a dark steel base, fine dry-brushing and light polishing of the edges.
