A set of wet decals for a model of the Focke-Wulf Fw 190 F-8 ground attack aircraft in the large 1:32 scale. According to the name the markings are divided over two sheets, which is usual in 1:32 scale: large designs and extensive technical lettering will not fit on a single sheet. It is not a kit but markings in their own right, with which you replace or supplement the decals from the box.
The Fw 190 F-8 is the ground attack version of the German single-seat aircraft with a radial engine. Against the fighter versions it has strengthened armor protection of the lower fuselage and is fitted with racks for bomb loads. Wide-track landing gear and a sturdy structure made the type suitable for operating from field airstrips. In the large 1:32 scale the busy surface of the type comes into its own, so the Fw 190 is a popular subject.
Varnish the base with gloss clear coat so that the film does not silver. Settle the extensive designs on plenty of water and soak the water up with a cloth from the center toward the edges only after the position has been lined up. With the technical lettering, of which there is a great deal in a large scale, make yourself a plan of work: lay it on in parts and let it dry, so that neighboring decals do not shift each other. Use a softener on the panel lines. Once dry, varnish the model with one even matte or semi-matte coat.
This is a set of decals in its own right, not a kit. The model, paints, varnishes and softener are not included in the package.
