A printed sheet with a faithful drawing of light wood with a red cast. The growth rings and the fibers are rendered for 1:32 scale, so on a large model they keep the right proportion and look neither too coarse nor blurred. The shade matches lighter timbers with a warm, reddish tone.
Imitating wood with a brush is slow and the result tends to be uneven. A printed sheet shortens the job to a single afternoon and the pattern comes out the same across the whole area. It will be used wherever the surface is to be wooden: on propeller blades, on the floor and the side panels of the cockpit, on wooden parts of the structure and on plywood-covered areas. The sheet is cut into the pieces you need, so a single sheet yields several parts depending on how large the areas you have to cover are.
The decal sheet alone is supplied. The model, varnish, decal softener and paints are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
