Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Polish fighter PZL P.11c in the Rare Birds edition in 1:32 scale from the Polish maker IBG Models. It is a modern, detailed tooling with fine relief and clear parts for the cockpit. The box contains plastic parts and a decal sheet with several unusual finishes. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The PZL P.11c was a Polish all-metal high-wing fighter with a characteristic cranked gull wing and an open cockpit. It was developed in the middle of the 1930s from earlier types of the P.11 series with a more powerful radial engine. In September 1939 it made up the main fighter strength of the Polish Air Force — although it was already obsolete, its pilots stood bravely against a more modern superiority. A single original survives.
The large 1:32 scale lets the detail of the engine, the cockpit and the corrugated skin stand out. Glue the joints with liquid cement for plastic. Protect the open cockpit and the frame of the clear windscreen with masks and spray over a primer. The edition also offers unusual finishes including prewar and what-if schemes, for which an airbrush and careful work with the decals are useful.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
