The photo-etched set W.29 Surface Details in 1:32 scale from HGW brings brass parts for a faithful rendering of the surface details of the German floatplane fighter Hansa-Brandenburg W.29.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is NOT an airplane model but a brass photo-etched set in 1:32 scale aimed at the surface details. It holds fine metal parts for rendering the external elements of the German floatplane fighter Hansa-Brandenburg W.29, such as the covers, the hatches, the steps and the small fittings. Photo-etch replaces coarse plastic components with accurate elements on the surface of the fuselage and the floats.
The Hansa-Brandenburg W.29 was a German low-wing floatplane fighter of the end of the First World War, designed by the engineer Ernst Heinkel. It served with naval aviation for coastal defense and for attacks on Allied ships and patrol boats. The low wing arrangement gave it a better view and more agility than the biplanes of the period.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife and make the bends over the scored lines. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Glue the fine surface elements on only after fitting them to the skin and degrease them before the final painting.
This is an accessory for raising the level of detail of a kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
