A decal sheet in 1:35 scale for the Soviet multi-turret tank T-28, the second part of the series.
Responsibility details are not available.
The T-28 was a Soviet medium tank of the 1930s with several turrets: the main turret carried a 76 mm gun and the two smaller turrets in front of it machine guns. The vehicle was fairly large and tall, so even in 1:35 scale the model has large side areas on which markings show well.
This is a decal sheet in 1:35 scale, that is an accessory for a kit. The designation of the second part in the name means that it follows on from the first sheet of the same series and offers different subjects. The particular contents, the number of options and the recommended placement on the vehicle are in the instructions enclosed with the sheet.
With ordinary sheets the wet method is used. Overcoat the area under the decal with gloss varnish, let the cut-out motif rest briefly in lukewarm water, slide it onto the model and blot the water out from under the film. A decal softener will help the decal settle into the pressings and around the rivets. Once dry, go over the whole surface with a matte varnish. Before you dip the sheet, check the instructions to see whether it is not a self-adhesive version. A self-adhesive film that has been dipped is ruined beyond repair, whereas a wet decal that has not been dipped can be dipped later.
The sheet suits modelers who build the T-28 from a reference of their own and need markings other than those the boxed kit offers. Before applying them, lay the markings out dry and check the spacing, because once they are dry they cannot be corrected.
The decals are an accessory for a kit, which is obtained separately. Paints, varnishes, decal softener and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
