PANZER ART burnt-out road wheels for the M4 Sherman (early version, 1:35) is a resin detail set showing wheels with burnt rubber after a hit or a fire.
Responsibility details are not available.
This resin detail set from PANZER ART contains the road wheels of the M4 Sherman tank in its early version, with the rubber rendered as burnt and deformed. The wheels are meant for rendering destroyed or burnt-out vehicles, and they are not a kit of the whole vehicle but an accessory for a diorama or a base model.
The M4 Sherman was the most widespread American medium tank of the Second World War, deployed by the Allied armies on every battlefield. The early version had a characteristic running gear with steel wheels. After a hit, a fire or a long spell as a wreck, the rubber tire bands of the wheels burned away and deformed, and that is exactly the state the castings capture.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts and cut off the casting blocks. Bond the resin with super glue. You will pick the burnt look out with dark washes, and lay the soot and the rust on with pigments; the wheels look best on a diorama with a destroyed vehicle.
This is a resin detail set. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
