Eduard 1:35 Centurion Mk.5 tool boxes is a set of photo-etched parts, which completes a plastic model of the British tank with faithful tool boxes and brackets.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of photo-etched parts from the Czech maker Eduard in 1:35 scale. This is not a stand-alone model but a detail accessory for a plastic model of the British Centurion Mk.5 tank. The set concentrates on faithful tool boxes and on the brackets and lids that go with them, which photo-etched sheet manages far more finely than injection-molded plastic.
The Centurion was a British tank of the postwar era, considered one of the most successful armored vehicles of its day. The Mk.5 version belonged to the widespread forms and served with a number of armies. The outer walls of the hull and the fenders carried the typical boxes for tools and loaded material.
The photo-etched walls of the boxes are bent over a ruler or a bending tool into the shape of a box and glued with super glue. Degrease the sheet before painting and lay down a primer. Bringing them out with a wash will emphasize the edges and the seams of the boxes.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
