A set of fine brass track pins for the Chinese ZTZ-99 main battle tank in 1:35 scale. It is a detail accessory from Voyager Model with which you can replace the simplified connecting pins of the track links with more faithful metal items. It is not a kit of the tank. The target kit is the Panda Hobby PH35018.
The ZTZ-99 is a modern Chinese main battle tank of the ground forces of the People's Liberation Army, with a welded turret, a powerful gun and a modern protection system. The connecting pins hold the individual track links together and on a model they tend to be a prominent visible detail of the running gear.
Carefully separate the small brass pins, shorten them to the length you need and seat them in the track links; fix them with a drop of cyanoacrylate glue. Work with tweezers and give yourself good lighting for this fine work. Once they are glued, treat the surfaces with a primer and weather them.
The set does not hold the model itself, glue or paints. It is meant for finishing and bringing out the detail of a kit you have already built.
