D-Day 1:35 is an injection-molded figure set from Master Box depicting American soldiers of the Normandy landings in the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic figure set in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer Master Box. It shows American soldiers of the Second World War in moments tied to the Normandy landings, in other words Operation Overlord. The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted as injection-molded parts on sprues.
The Normandy landings of 6 June 1944 are among the most significant operations of the Second World War. The soldiers are shown in dynamic poses in period combat uniforms with helmets and the personal weapons typical of the American infantry. The set suits beach and coastal dioramas of Normandy.
Cut the parts from the sprues and clean up the mold parting lines. Glue them with liquid cement for plastic and apply a base coat before painting. Olive and khaki tones suit the uniforms, while the gear calls for the shades of brown leather and canvas. Bring out the recesses with a dark wash and highlight the edges with a dry brush.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
