A photo-etched detail set from the Polish manufacturer Aber in 1:35 scale. It is not a tank kit but a set of thin metal fenders for the German Panzer I light tank in the Ausf.A and Ausf.B versions. The metal parts replace the thicker plastic fenders from the base kit.
The photo-etched fenders have a true thin profile and fine stiffeners. The model then gains a more realistic running gear area, and the option opens up of suggesting bending or damage in the field. The set is intended for plastic models of the Panzer I Ausf.A and B in 1:35 scale.
Separate the parts with a scalpel, shape them on a photo-etch bending tool and fix the joints with cyanoacrylate glue. Degrease the metal before painting and spray it with a primer so that the paint adheres well.
This is an accessory for a plastic kit. The tank kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
