Responsibility details are not available.
A set of painting masks from the Czech maker Eduard for a kit of the Mercedes-Benz G4 car in its 1939 form, in 1:35 scale. It is not a model, but an accessory that makes clean painting of the glazing and the wheels easier. The masks are of thin self-adhesive film and follow the shape of the parts.
The Mercedes-Benz G4 was a large off-road car with three axles and six wheels, built in small numbers in the 1930s. It served as a formal and command vehicle of the German command, valued for its mobility as well as its roominess. The car had a large glazed area and massive wheels.
The masks cover the glazing and the tires, that is the areas that are the hardest to mask by hand. The result is a crisp boundary between the glass and the frame and between the rubber and the disc of the wheel.
This is an accessory to a plastic kit. The model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
