This is NOT a vehicle model but a detail set from the maker Aber in 1:35 scale. It contains a precisely turned metal gun barrel with a muzzle brake for the 7.5 cm Pak 40/3 anti-tank gun as carried on the German Marder III Ausf.M tank destroyer. It replaces the plastic barrel from the kit.
A metal gun barrel is perfectly straight, with no lengthwise seam from gluing two plastic halves together and with a sharply rendered muzzle and muzzle brake. It is among the most striking and the quickest improvements to a model of a gun.
Cut the kit barrel off and replace it with the metal part according to the instructions. Degrease the metal, glue it with super glue (cyanoacrylate) or epoxy and apply a primer before painting, so that the paint holds on the metal.
The set is an accessory to a kit, not a model on its own. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
