Eduard 1:35 King Tiger last production is a photo-etched set for a model of the German Tiger II heavy tank of the last production batch. It is an accessory, not a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This photo-etched set from the Czech maker Eduard in 1:35 scale raises the level of detail of a model of the German Tiger II heavy tank in the last production batch. It adds fine metal parts such as the engine deck grilles, brackets, tool holders and other hull elements that plastic cannot capture faithfully. It is not a standalone model but an upgrade accessory.
The Tiger II, nicknamed King Tiger, was a German heavy tank of the end of the Second World War with massive frontal armor and a long 88 mm gun. Vehicles of the last production batch carried the workshop changes and simplifications typical of the closing stages of the war.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife and make the bends along the grooves with a bending tool. Glue the grilles and brackets with cyanoacrylate glue. Add the details of the engine deck before closing up the hull. Once painted, bring out the edges and the service wear with a wash and pigments.
The set is an accessory for a plastic kit. The base model, the glue and the paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
