The 1:35 M1A1 AIM and M1A2 SEP wheel masking set from Quickwheel separates the rubber of the road wheel from the rim as you spray, with no lining by hand. The cutouts are cut for the wheels from the Dragon kit.

This is not a kit but a masking aid for the build. The self-adhesive masks cover the rim of the road wheel and leave the rubber area exposed, so you can spray it in one go. The set is prepared for the wheels from the Dragon kit; with wheels from a different mold the shape has to be checked for a match.
A modern main battle tank has plenty of road wheels and they all get sprayed in one batch, which brings up a practical problem all at once: where to put them down to dry. Laying a freshly sprayed wheel on paper is the quickest way to press the texture of the surface into the tire and pick up a stuck fiber. The proven answer is to prepare holders in advance, before you even reach for the airbrush. The wheel goes onto a skewer or a toothpick pushed into a piece of polystyrene or into a perforated board, or it can be gripped by an alligator clip on the inner face of the rim. Set the holders out far enough apart that the wheels cannot touch each other, and leave room around them for air to move. Drying should happen somewhere free of dust and out of a direct draft, because a surface that skins over quickly while the inside is still soft creases easily when the mask comes off.
Put the wheels in the holders, apply the masks and spray the whole batch in one go. Lay the paint on thinly. Take the mask off as soon as the surface has flashed off, but leave the wheel in the holder until the paint is fully cured.
The package holds masking masks, not model parts. Paints, thinners and glue are not part of the delivery.
