PLA ZTZ 99B MBT Basic and Side Skirts 1:35 (E.T. Model, a photo-etched set)

A photo-etched detail set in 1:35 scale from the maker E.T. Model intended for a model of the Chinese ZTZ-99B main battle tank of the People's Liberation Army (PLA). The set combines the basic photo-etched parts (Basic) with the parts of the side skirts (Side Skirts) and it replaces coarser plastic parts with finer metal ones, which better capture thin sheet, grilles and brackets.

Use

• Separate the parts from the fret and make the bends on the etched score lines, ideally in a bending tool or with the help of a ruler.
• Shape the side skirts so that they follow the running gear naturally.
• Glue the metal parts with cyanoacrylate glue.
• Degrease them before spraying, after which it is advisable to use a primer for good adhesion.
