The sheet from ETA diorama is a printed paper accessory for scenes in 1:35 scale. The design is meant for adult collectors. In practice it is printed paper from which you cut out the individual elements and glue them into a diorama — it is not a kit and it is not a waterslide decal.
Small printed matter of this kind belongs in civilian and domestic interiors in 1:35 scale: a shelf, a side table, a cardboard box, the back room of a store, a pile left beside the furniture. In a scene it does the same job as any other small object — it fills empty areas and gives the interior scale. Given the character of the design, it makes sense to place the elements toward the back or partly covered by other furnishings, which also looks more natural than a carefully aligned row.
Cut with a sharp blade against a metal ruler, leaving the smallest possible white margin, and darken the cut edge with a pencil. For elements that are meant to look like boxes, fold the paper dry over a blunt edge first and only then glue it; the fold will hold its shape. Choose PVA or matte paper glue and brush it thinly onto the surface, not onto the print. Once it is dry, age the elements with a weak wash and a light pass with a dry brush, and coat them with matte varnish — a glossy print is the most conspicuous fault on a model and matte varnish removes it. A thin shadow around the outline of pieces lying flat helps so that the element does not look like a sticker.
