This injection-molded plastic kit captures the KrAZ-260 heavy off-road truck in 1:35 scale. The package contains parts in hard plastic, a multi-part chassis frame, a well-worked engine and drivetrain, a detailed cab interior and rubber tires. The doors and the hood can be built either open or closed.
The KrAZ-260 is a heavy off-road truck with all-wheel drive (6x6) built at the KrAZ plant in Kremenchuk, Ukraine. The vehicle is intended for service in demanding terrain, and in army use it serves as a universal load carrier and as a chassis for purpose-built bodies.
Work from the chassis frame and the suspension, and only then finish the cab and the body. Leave the rubber tires until the end, because of the painting. Glue the plastic with thin modeling cement, apply a base coat (primer) and spray with an airbrush. You will achieve the weathering and the dusting with washes and pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
