Responsibility details are not available.
A resin kit of a Russian naval gun from the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries in 1:35 scale from the Czech manufacturer ROP. The model is intended for more advanced modelers and suits both a display piece in its own right and a striking element of a ship or harbor diorama.
Naval guns of the period around 1700 were smoothbore, loaded from the muzzle and mounted on a wooden wheeled carriage that absorbed the recoil. They served on the decks of sailing warships and in coastal fortifications as well.
Wash the mold release residue off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Bring out the metal of the barrel with a dark metallic shade and the wood of the carriage with a wash and dry highlighting; protect your airways while sanding.
The model is supplied as an unassembled resin kit. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package.
