A demanding interior conversion set, not a standalone model. It completes the fighting compartment of the Sturmtiger with interior equipment and a rack for the 38 cm rockets. The set combines several materials: injection-molded plastic parts of the fighting compartment, resin parts of the transmission and photo-etched elements for the fine details.
The Sturmtiger was a German heavy assault vehicle of the Second World War built on the chassis of the Tiger I tank. It carried a massive rocket launcher of 38 cm caliber (RW61) intended originally for fighting in built-up areas. Only a small number were made. A fully equipped interior on view is therefore a rewarding subject for advanced builders.
Wash the mold release residue off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Bend the photo-etched parts on a photo-etch bender. Paint and shade the interior before you close up the hull, otherwise the details will be lost. Washes into the recesses and dry highlighting of the edges suit it well.
