1:35 U.S. Yank Magazine

U.S. Yank Magazine 1:35 (ETA diorama)

This is not a model but a printed paper accessory for dioramas and vignettes. The set contains reduced reproductions of the American military magazine, digitally printed on quality paper. The magazines are designed so that, once cut out, they look like small copies you could leaf through in a scene in 1:35 scale.

The real subject

A magazine meant for American soldiers was popular reading in the rear and at the front alike during the Second World War. Thrown down on a bunk, in the hands of a resting soldier or on a table, it gives a scene a civilian, human dimension.

Use

• Cut the individual copies out and fold them into the shape of a magazine.
• Fix them with a small drop of super glue or white (PVA) glue.
• An open copy can be placed in the hands of a figure or on furniture.
• Suitable for interiors, posts and rest scenes.

Who the accessory is for

• Builders of Second World War dioramas in 1:35 scale.
• Modelers who want to give a scene an authentic period detail.

This is a paper accessory for dioramas, not a model. Glue, paints and figures are not included in the package.
