An Aber photo-etched detail set - vision ports for the Sd.Kfz. 234 heavy armored car in 1:35 scale. A metal accessory for the plastic kit, not a vehicle model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a photo-etched metal detail set, not a vehicle model. The set from Aber holds fine photo-etched vision ports for the Sd.Kfz. 234 heavy armored car. The metal version captures the thin covers and frames of the observation slits more faithfully than a coarser plastic part, and they can be shown either open or closed.
The Sd.Kfz. 234 was an eight-wheeled heavy armored reconnaissance car. The observation ports in the armor gave the crew a view out from the protected interior and are among the characteristic details that bring any model of this family to life.
Take the small parts out of the fret, bend them if needed and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Work with tweezers and in good light. Degrease the metal and give it a coat of primer before painting.
An accessory for a plastic kit. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
