British 14in (356 mm) Mark VII barrels, 1:350 is a turned metal set of 10 main-caliber barrels for models of the British battleships of the King George V class.
Responsibility details are not available.
A detail set in turned metal containing 10 British barrels of 356 mm (14 inch) caliber in the Mark VII build, 1:350 scale. It is not a ship model but accurate metal replacements for the barrels of the main caliber. The turned barrels are straight and have a faithful muzzle, which tends to be the weak point of plastic parts.
The 14in Mark VII gun made up the main armament of the British battleships of the King George V class from the Second World War. The ships carried it in an unusual combination of quadruple and twin turrets. This armament was carried for example by HMS King George V and HMS Prince of Wales.
Separate the barrels from the gate, clean them up and seat them in the cleaned-out holes of the turrets. Glue with cyanoacrylate. Treat the metal with a base coat (primer) before painting.
This is an add-on detail set, not a complete model. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
