American universal naval guns 1:350 (RB model) are turned metal barrels that will replace the plastic parts of a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of turned metal barrels in 1:350 scale from RB model. It is not a ship kit but a detail accessory. It represents the American universal (dual-purpose) naval gun, which served against surface and air targets alike. The metal holds its shape and has crisply drilled muzzles.
The American universal gun of 127 mm (5 inches) caliber and 38 calibers in length was the most widespread dual-purpose gun of the US Navy in the Second World War. It served as the main armament of destroyers and as the secondary and anti-aircraft battery on cruisers, battleships and aircraft carriers. It stood out for its reliability and high rate of fire.
Clean the barrels up and glue them into the mounts or turrets with super glue. Degrease before painting and apply a base for metal, then the shade of the armament. The set can be used to fit several gun positions all over the ship.
The package holds only the turned barrels, not the whole model. Glue and paints are not included.
