A collector's model of the Czechoslovak UVMV GT car of 1970 in 1:43 scale, in the configuration designated Version 01.
Responsibility details are not available.
The UVMV GT is a Czechoslovak car of 1970. The abbreviation in the name belongs to the Ustav pro vyzkum motorovych vozidel, the institute for motor vehicle research, that is, the establishment where design and development tasks around automobiles were handled in the country. Cars of this kind never reached large production runs, but they hold all the more interesting a place in a collection alongside ordinary domestic production.
This is a collector's model in 1:43 scale, which is the most widespread one for automobiles. A passenger car measures roughly ten centimeters in it, so even a fairly large collection fits into a display case and the models stay comparable with one another. The configuration carries the designation Version 01, with which the manufacturer distinguishes the individual variants of the same subject. The details of the configuration, the markings and the extent of the delivery are stated on the manufacturer's packaging.
Stand the model on a flat surface away from direct sun, which over time changes the shade of the colors on collector's models. Wipe the dust off with a soft brush or a dry cloth; solvents and cleaning products do not belong on the surface. While handling it, take the model by the chassis or by the roof, because the small external parts tend to be thin and break off easily. In a display case it stands out when you add a label with the designation and the year of the subject.
Paints, glue and modeling supplies do not belong to these goods and are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
