A set of wet (waterslide) decals in 1:48 scale from the manufacturer Furball Aero-Design. The sheet brings the canopy framing for models of the A-7D and A-7E Corsair II and lets you deal with the transition of the glazing frames cleanly and evenly, without laborious masking and spraying. It is not a model but an accessory for finishing a kit. The set is meant for the Hasegawa kit.
Canopy frames are one of the most demanding details on a model. Decal framing saves time compared with masks and an airbrush and gives crisp, symmetrical edges. The set is made to suit the shape of the glazing of this particular Corsair II type.
First polish and degrease the clear part. Apply the decals to a clean surface, align them carefully and press them down so that no bubbles form. Using a decal softener helps them settle into the curves of the canopy.
This is a decal sheet, not a kit. The model and the paints are not included in the package.
