This set from the Czech maker Hauler brings small ammunition parts in 1:48 scale for the early version of the StuG III assault gun. It is not a kit - it is an accessory that comes into its own in an open hatch, in a cramped fighting compartment or in a scene with a crew bringing up supplies. What matters here is precisely that it is meant for the Ausf. B version, because its ammunition differs from the later variants.
The StuG III was a German assault gun on the chassis of the Pz.Kpfw. III tank, that is, a vehicle without a rotating turret and with its gun in a low fixed superstructure. The early versions, the Ausf. B among them, carried a short 7.5 cm gun 24 calibers long, meant for destroying fortifications and for supporting infantry by direct fire. Only later did the StuG III get a long barrel and become an anti-tank weapon. The round of the short gun is therefore markedly shorter and squatter than the later long ammunition - side by side you cannot mistake them.
First think through where you will put the ammunition and only then start cutting the parts off - the set is small and pieces separated for no reason are easily lost. Cut with a sharp scalpel against a hard surface or with a fine saw. Wash resin castings in warm water with detergent before gluing and join them with super glue. The contrast between the brass case and the matte projectile is what sells a small part in a small scale; an over-glossy metallic, by contrast, looks toylike, so calm it down at the end with a dark wash or a light matte coat.
This is an accessory set, not a model in its own right. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
