Montex 1:48 Ju 88A-4 is a set of pre-cut self-adhesive masks for the Revell plastic kit. It is not a model - they are templates with which the framing of the extensively glazed front part of the fuselage can be sprayed cleanly.

Pre-cut self-adhesive painting masks for a model of the Junkers Ju 88 A-4 in 1:48 scale. The set contains no plastic parts, no decals and nothing else a model could be built from - it is an accessory to a kit you have already bought, cut to the shape of its glazing.
The Ju 88 A-4 was a twin-engined combat aircraft of German manufacture with Junkers Jumo 211 engines. In its design it was a multipurpose type used in the bomber and the reconnaissance role, and its recognition feature is the extensively glazed front part of the fuselage, in which the whole crew was concentrated. Against the earlier series the A-4 rendering was given a greater wing span and a strengthened structure allowing a higher takeoff weight. Dive brakes for diving flight were part of its equipment.
The glazing of the Ju 88 is unpleasant to mask in that a whole row of its areas are doubly curved and a straight strip of tape simply will not sit on them. The pre-cut templates are therefore divided into smaller segments - do not try to stretch them across the whole curve at once. Lay them on dry with tweezers, press the middle down with a finger and only then shape the edges with a toothpick from the center outward. Fill the small gaps between the segments with liquid mask, which forms a flexible film once it has dried. Spray the paint at right angles to the surface, not at an angle under the edge of the mask. Let the paintwork cure properly before taking them off.
The set is an accessory to a plastic kit, which it does not contain. Paints and glue are not included in the package.
