1:72 FAB-500 M54 (4 pieces) is a set of four resin 3D-printed 500 kg class aircraft bombs for combat aircraft models. It is not an aircraft kit but an armament accessory.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set holds four FAB-500 M54 aircraft bombs made by 3D printing from resin. They serve as an aftermarket armament accessory for combat aircraft models in 1:72 scale. The parts stand out for their crisp printing, which at a small scale reads truer than the plastic from a box. The set holds no aircraft model.
The FAB-500 M54 is a Soviet (later Russian) high-explosive aircraft bomb of roughly 500 kilograms from the FAB family of general-purpose bombs. A number of machines of Eastern design carry it, for instance the MiG-21, MiG-27, Su-17, Su-24 and Su-25, and it is among the most widespread conventional unguided armament for ground targets.
Separate the parts from the print supports, wash the print resin residue off them and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Sand with respiratory protection. At a small scale, lay on a thin primer so that the detail does not fill in, and paint with an airbrush.
The set holds resin armament parts only. An aircraft model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
