A colored photo-etched set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in 1:48 scale for the detailed improvement of a model. It is not a kit of the aircraft but an accessory: fine metal parts, some of which are printed in color in advance and self-adhesive. It brings out the details of the cockpit, the instrument panels and the small elements that come out flat in plastic.
Kittyhawk Mk.III was the British and Allied designation of the Curtiss fighter from the P-40 family. These single-engine piston machines with a V engine served with the Commonwealth air forces, among other places in the desert setting of North Africa.
Lay the colored self-adhesive parts onto cleaned plastic and glue the other photo-etched parts on with super glue. Make the bends with a polished edge. We recommend trying the parts dry first.
This is a photo-etched accessory, not a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
