An aftermarket resin set meant for rebuilding the Tamiya M10 plastic kit. You have to own the base kit; it is not included in the package. A conversion means work on the plastic parts, that is, cutting off and adding sections of the hull; it is not merely gluing details on. The maker is the Czech brand Hauler.
The M35 Prime Mover was an American artillery tractor derived from the chassis and hull of the M10 tank destroyer. The vehicle lost its turret, the opening in the hull was closed and the space created served the crew and a load; the tractor then towed heavy artillery systems. It was a typical economy modification, in which a proven chassis was used for another role. For a modeler it is interesting precisely because it looks good in a display case next to the vehicle it started from.
First wash the resin parts in warm water with detergent and rid them of the remains of release agent from the mold, or neither paint nor glue will hold. Cut the casting blocks off with a fine-bladed saw, and never break them off. Sand wet and with protection for your airways, because resin dust is unpleasant. It is bonded exclusively with super glue. Before the conversion itself, try dry how much plastic has to be taken away, and take it away a little at a time. Once assembled, give the whole a uniform primer, so that plastic and resin have the same base and the paint takes in the same shade.
