A set of precisely cut self-adhesive masks in kabuki tape from the Czech manufacturer New Ware for the model of the jet fighter F-86F-30 Sabre in 1:48 scale. The BASIC grade holds the basic range — the canopy glazing, other clear parts and the wheels. It is neither a kit nor paint.

The real subject

The North American F-86 Sabre was an American jet fighter with a swept wing, famous for its combats over Korea in the 1950s. The F-30 version was among the later and most numerous ones and is marked out by a sliding bubble canopy.

Use

• Lay the masks on the canopy glazing and the other clear parts along the frames.
• The wheel masks supplied make a clean transition between the tire and the rim possible.
• Spray thin coats and lift the mask off while the paint is still tacky.
• Kabuki tape follows curved shapes and leaves no adhesive residue.
