Eduard 1:48 MiG-23MLD weapons is a photo-etched set for refining the details of the armament and its mounting on the model of the Mikoyan MiG-23MLD fighter. The model itself is not included in the package.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of photo-etched parts from the Czech manufacturer Eduard aimed at the armament and its mounting on the model of the Soviet Mikoyan MiG-23MLD fighter in 1:48 scale. The photo-etched metal parts refine the pylons, the fins of the weapons and the small details of the external stores, which are hard to form in injection-molded plastic. It is not a model of an airplane but a detail accessory; the basic kit has to be bought separately.
The Mikoyan MiG-23 Flogger was a Soviet single-seat fighter with a variable-geometry wing. The MiG-23MLD version was the last and highest-performing fighter variant of the family, with improved avionics and handling. It carried air-to-air guided missiles as well as unguided ordnance.
Separate the parts from the fret with a sharp knife and clean up the cut faces. Use a bending tool or a straight edge for the bends. Glue the photo-etched parts with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and seat the fine mountings with a light touch, so that they stay straight.
This is a detail accessory, not a model. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
