A set of photo-etched parts from the Czech manufacturer Eduard is intended for detailing plastic models of the carrier-based fighter Sukhoi Su-33 in 1:48 scale. It is not a kit of the aircraft, but an accessory which raises the detail of a model with thin photo-etched cutouts replacing coarser plastic elements.
The set usually brings a refinement of the cockpit and the interior together with exterior details. Color-printed elements, if they are included, give a true look without painting small surfaces by hand. The exact contents go by the particular package.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife on a hard surface; a photo-etch bending tool will manage the bends. They are glued with super glue (cyanoacrylate) applied with a tip in a small amount onto a degreased surface.
This is not a kit of a model. The photo-etched parts are an accessory; the model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
