Bachem Ba-349 A Natter in 1:144 scale is a plastic kit of the German rocket-powered interceptor from Brengun; the package holds parts for two miniature models.
Responsibility details are not available.
The small injection-molded plastic kit with photo-etched parts captures the German Bachem Ba-349 Natter rocket-powered interceptor in the A version. The package holds parts for building two of these miniature models, a photo-etched fret and decals. Thanks to the small scale these are very compact models for a display case.
The Bachem Ba-349 Natter was a German rocket-powered interceptor of the end of the Second World War intended for the defense of important targets. It took off vertically from a ramp like a rocket, and after firing a salvo of unguided rockets at a bomber formation it broke up, with the pilot and the engine section coming down on parachutes. In practice the machine did not reach real combat deployment.
In 1:144 scale work carefully with the small parts; glue the plastic with a thin cement and the fine photo-etched parts with super glue. Apply a primer before painting and apply the paint in thin coats so that the engraving does not disappear.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
