Precisely turned brass barrels for the Italian 90 mm/50 Model 1939 naval gun (90 mm caliber, that is 3.5 inches, 50 calibers length) in 1:700 scale from the MASTER company. The package contains 12 pieces and replaces the plastic barrels with a more accurate metal part.
The stabilized 90 mm/50 Model 1939 anti-aircraft gun made up the heavy anti-aircraft defense of the Italian battleships of the Littorio and Duilio classes. It was fitted in single stabilized mountings.
Metal barrels are straight and thin and have a symmetrical muzzle. Twelve pieces cover the anti-aircraft batteries of the model.
Cut off the plastic barrel, clean up the hole with a fine drill and glue the brass part in with cyanoacrylate. Degrease the brass before painting.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. Glue and paints are not included in the package.
