About product

Decals No. 312 Squadron RAF, part VI (1:72, AML)

A sheet of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from the Czech maker AML for plastic models of British fighters. The set brings markings for the machines of No. 312 (Czechoslovak) Fighter Squadron RAF and as a rule offers two finish options with a color guide to the camouflage; it is the continuation of an extensive range devoted to this unit.

The markings

No. 312 (Czechoslovak) Fighter Squadron RAF was put together in 1940 and during the war flew the Hawker Hurricane and the Supermarine Spitfire. The individual parts of the AML series gradually capture its aircraft and their crews.

Application tips

  • Apply the decals onto a smooth gloss coat, so that no silvering occurs.
  • A softener and a setting solution will help the decal bed onto the engraving.
  • Seal the finished markings with a matte or semi-gloss coat.

Who the set is for

  • Modelers of the Czechoslovak fighter squadrons of the RAF.
  • Collectors of the complete No. 312 Squadron range.
  • Anyone interested in Czechoslovak airmen in Great Britain.

This is a decal sheet on its own, not a kit. Neither the model nor the paints are included in the package.
