A set of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale for a model of the British Bristol Blenheim Mk IV light bomber with the lengthened nose. The decals bring markings for machines operated by the Royal Air Force (RAF) and the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF). It is a separate decal set intended to dress a matching model.
The Mk IV was a development version of the Blenheim with a lengthened and reworked nose, which improved the view and the space for the navigator. It replaced the Mk I on the production lines in 1938 and at the start of the war it was one of the most important Royal Air Force machines. It served in the bomber, coastal and night fighter roles.
Prepare the surface with a gloss coat to prevent silvering. Dip the motif briefly in lukewarm water, move it onto the model once it releases and blot away the excess. Softeners will help the decal settle into the engraved detail. Finally fix it with a matte or semi-gloss varnish.
This is a decal set, not a model. The kit itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
