Czechoslovak light work LO 37EZ is a resin model of a Czechoslovak model 37 Ropik, type E in the reinforced form, without a terrain base, from ROP o.s. in 1:72 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The model captures a Czechoslovak light fortification work of model 37, popularly called the Ropik, in the type E form with reinforced resistance. The version is supplied without a terrain base, that is as the work on its own. It is a resin kit in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer ROP o.s.
The light fortification model 37, nicknamed the Ropik after the Directorate of Fortification Works (ROP), made up a continuous line of the Czechoslovak defense in 1937 and 1938. The works were built in several types and in different degrees of resistance; the letter Z points to the reinforced form, and type E belongs to the special works of the series.
This is a resin kit for experienced modelers. First wash the residue of the release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces down with respiratory protection. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). You will put the work together from several parts; since no terrain is included, you can set it into a diorama base of your own. The concrete surface comes into its own in plaster-gray shades with fine highlighting of the edges, and weathering is easier to reach with a wash and pigments.
The model is supplied as a resin kit, unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
