Diorama HOMOK - SAHY is a resin diorama set showing a fortification work in terrain near Sahy, from ROP o.s. in 1:72 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set presents the HOMOK diorama scene near Sahy with a fortification work set into terrain. It is a resin kit in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer ROP o.s., meant to be built into a complete scene.
The set points to a locality near the town of Sahy, where part of the Czechoslovak defense line stood. The diorama joins a pillbox with modeled terrain in order to capture how the work was fitted into the landscape and how it was camouflaged.
This is a resin kit for experienced modelers. First wash the residue of the release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces down with respiratory protection. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). You will assemble the work and the terrain base and clean up the joints; bring the terrain to life with static grass, pigments and earth tones. The concrete surface comes into its own in plaster-gray shades with fine highlighting of the edges, and weathering is easier to reach with a wash and pigments.
The model is supplied as a resin kit, unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
