This resin figure from the brand Aerobonus in 1:72 scale represents a present-day German fighter pilot in modern flight gear, as he can be met with the Luftwaffe as well as with the naval aviation. It is an accessory for experienced modelers, not an aircraft model. It is supplied as a resin casting intended to be assembled and painted.
The pilots of modern jet fighters wear a pressure suit, a life vest and a helmet with an oxygen mask. A figure placed beside a model gives the scene scale and a more realistic appearance.
Wash the mold release agent off the casting, cut off the casting blocks and glue it with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Modern gear comes out well with a combination of matte and semi-matte shades and fine emphasis on the straps.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
