The package holds decals only. Matterhorn Circle is a brand focused on the markings of Swiss aircraft, a subject that appears in kit decals only rarely.
The Hunter was a British single-seat jet fighter with a swept wing that became one of the most widespread Western European combat types of the 1950s. The Swiss Air Force introduced it in the single-seat Mk.58 version and added two-seat T Mk.68 trainers with a lengthened nose and a cockpit for two pilots side by side. The type stayed in Swiss service for an exceptionally long time, went through several upgrade programs and flew in the mountain environment until the early 1990s. It was precisely the late period of service that brought finishes and markings noticeably different from the state at introduction.
In 1:72 scale the lettering is small and its edge turns white easily, so always apply it over gloss clear coat. With specialist brands the sheet tends to be thin and pliable, so soak it briefly and transfer it to a dampened spot so that it can still be moved. The Swiss machines carry prominent insignia and warning stripes, which are best placed according to the instructions before the water underneath dries. Apply decal softener to a decal that has already settled and do not move it afterwards. Finish the model with a matte or semi-gloss clear coat depending on the period you are building.
