Responsibility details are not available.
A set of cut self-adhesive Peewit masks for a model of the British jet training aircraft Jet Provost T.Mk.5 and its armed derivative the BAC 167 Strikemaster in 1:72 scale. It is not a kit but an accessory for a clean coat on the frames of the cockpit canopy. The masks follow the shape of the frames of a particular kit exactly.
The Jet Provost T.5 was a British jet training aircraft with a pressurized cockpit that served with the Royal Air Force. From it grew the BAC 167 Strikemaster, the armed export version for light attack and advanced training, which a number of foreign air forces operated.
Apply the masks to a clean, degreased, dry surface and press their edges down well so that paint does not bleed underneath. Apply the paint in thin coats, best of all with an airbrush at lower pressure. Mask the pressurized canopy one frame at a time. Lift the masks while the paint is still fresh, so that they do not tear off a dried coat.
This is a masking set, not a model. The aircraft kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
