The model from the maker Easy Model is assembled, painted and marked in production; you will find neither a kit nor decals in the package, because it is a finished example intended to be displayed straight away.
The Lynx is a British twin-engine helicopter with a semi-rigid main rotor head, a compact fuselage and a high-set tail boom. The design is deliberately agile and fast; the type existed in an army and a naval line, which differ in landing gear, equipment and external layout, as the naval machines carry equipment for operating from a deck. It was built in many variants for home and foreign users and the type served in the transport, reconnaissance and anti-ship roles.
In 1:72 scale the helicopter is compact and fits even into a smaller display case. The rotor head and the blades are the most sensitive part, though, so leave free space above it. Take care over the lighting: halogen spotlights set close to the model heat it and speed up the fading of the finish. Cool diode light from a greater distance is more suitable. Sweep the dust off with a soft brush, and do not go over the glass of the display case with a spray cleaner, so that the aerosol does not reach the model.
