Responsibility details are not available.
A short-run injection-molded plastic kit in 1:72 scale from Mikromir. The subject is the rare French SNCASO Dever experimental jet aircraft of the period after the Second World War. Given the short-run mold, this is a kit made rather for more advanced modelers who will appreciate an unusual type rarely covered by other makers.
The SNCASO Dever was a French experimental jet aircraft developed after the Second World War as part of the search for new fighter and research machines, when the French aviation industry was restarting its own development of jets. It remained a one-off research aircraft and never entered production service, which makes it an interesting rarity that other makers have almost never covered and will please collectors of unusual types.
Short-run kits tend to have thicker gates and few or no locating pins: test-fit the parts dry, sand the casting remains away carefully and glue with liquid and cyanoacrylate glue alike. Mask the clear canopy, even the model out with primer and apply the paints with an airbrush. Reckon on a larger share of hand work than with a mass-production mold.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
