Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure from GasPatch in 1:32 scale capturing a single pilot of the Messerschmitt Me 163 Komet rocket fighter. It is a precisely cast set for experienced modelers that will bring the cockpit or the surroundings of an Me 163 model to life. The figure is rendered in period flying clothing with markedly worked-out details.
The Messerschmitt Me 163 Komet was a German rocket-powered interceptor from the end of the Second World War, famous for its extraordinary rate of climb and for the short range dictated by its fuel supply. The pilot sat in a cramped cockpit and faced extreme g-loads as well as dangerous fuel. The figure brings the appearance of the airman of this unusual weapon faithfully to life and suits a display scene as well as a diorama.
This is a resin set for experienced modelers. Wash the parts free of the mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Lay the base down with an airbrush, finish the face and the equipment with a brush and bring out the leather and fabric elements with washes or oil paints.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin kit. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
