Afrikakorps tankers at a Knight's Cross presentation no. 2 is a resin figure in 1:35 scale from PANZER ART from a scene of an award ceremony.
Responsibility details are not available.
A single resin figure of a German Afrikakorps tanker in 1:35 scale from PANZER ART. The figure comes from a scene of the presentation of the Knight's Cross and is designated no. 2, so it can be combined with its counterpart into a complete ceremonial scene. The package contains cast resin parts without paints or glue.
The Knight's Cross was among the highest German decorations, and its presentation used to be a ceremonial moment even in the desert of North Africa. Afrikakorps tankers wore tropical dress adapted to the hot climate on such occasions. The figure makes it possible to capture a quiet, ceremonial moment as a counterweight to combat scenes.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and try the fit. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue), sand with respiratory protection and apply primer. Paint the tropical dress in sandy and olive tones with highlighting; the small details of the decoration and the insignia call for a thin brush and a steady hand.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and a display base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
