This collector's resin model captures the MO-S 2 U skoly infantry casemate of the heavy fortifications in the small 1:1000 scale. The model is meant for lovers of the Czechoslovak border fortifications and will round out a collection of bunkers or a smaller diorama. It is supplied as a cast resin model without paint.
MO-S 2 U skoly was a double-sided single-story infantry casemate of resistance class III, built in the Moravska Ostrava construction section, Bohumin subsection. The works of this subsection drew on French experience and were concreted in 1936. The casemates formed the backbone of the heavy fortifications and protected their sector with flanking fire from armored cupolas and turrets.
First wash the resin parts free of the remains of the mold release agent and cut off the casting blocks; do the sanding with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue. You bring the concrete look out with gray shades, a wash into the hollows and fine pigments for the impression of weathered concrete and terrain.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
