This is an aftermarket detail accessory from Top Studio, not a standalone kit. The package contains a set of miniature rivets with a head 1.0 mm in diameter (type d, that is one of the head shapes in the line), intended for completing small riveted and bolted joints on plastic models.
The rivets are applied where the production tool offers only simplified detail or none at all: body panels, frames, engine covers or chassis parts. The result is a more realistic surface that responds better to paint and weathering. A diameter of 1.0 mm suits a larger scale, so always compare the actual use against documentation of the real machine.
Place the rivets with tweezers and fix them with a tiny drop of super glue (cyanoacrylate). Work on a degreased surface and dose the glue sparingly, so that it does not flood the surrounding detail. Before painting we recommend spraying the surface with a base primer.
This is a detail accessory, not a standalone kit; a suitable base model is needed to use it. Paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package.
